PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES!

1. All persons must stop at the gate on arrival, so our officials can give you your racers pack if racing.
2. Discounted RACER entries will be available online only. racer entry’s will be available at the gate however they will incur a $50.00 late fee!!
3. ONLINE ENTRYS, WILL CLOSE MONDAY 3rd JULY at 4.00pm.
4. Abuse of officials and volunteers will not be tolerated.
5. Tickets will not be credited for any reason unless Palmyra Drag Racing club cancels the event or the entrant has advised Palmyra Drag racing club via email: web@palmyradragway.com.au before the event has started, monies will be refunded minus a $5.00 administration fee.
6. Entry to the facility is as per the schedule when the venue entrant gates is manned.
7. NO BYO, NO GLASS & NO ALCOHOL IN PIT AREA!  If you are found with open tin of alcohol in the pit area during the event your armband will be removed and you will be asked to leave the facility.

• BBQ For racers and crew at Trophy presentation Saturday night.

MAY 12TH & 13TH 2023

Ok guys and girls I’ve finally had a chance to sit down and nut out the details for our upcoming Burnout Competition on the 12th and 13th of May. Entry forms have been emailed out to all previous competitors so if you haven’t received one my apologies as I may have forgotten to add you to the mailing list. All info needed is also below for you to download, fill in and email. Hoping to see you all there, with so many venues struggling with numbers or other issues we want to prove that burnouts are here to stay in Qld.

Don’t wait, share it with your mates and get those entries coming in to secure your spot as we will be limited to 80 entries all up this year to ensure everyone gets plenty of pad time. The Friday night test and turn session will be open to everyone also so if there is anyone out there that just wants a play and not be in the competition the Friday night is for you guys as well. Let’s get on the pad and smash some tyres

The Committee of Palmyra Drag Racing club welcome all racers to the Electric Machinery Sales NITRO in the Cane with the awesome Aeroflow Funny cars Nitro and full fields of support classes!

Thanks once again to the Electric Machinery Sales team and the Mackay Regional Council NITRO is BACK!!!

We are looking forward to having racers and spectators visit our venue from all over the state and hopefully the country!

The Overtaking Lane crew will be live streaming the event!

Crew Tickets – are available to purchase with your racer entry, racers responsibility to ensure your crew have tickets to enter the venue, once in venue and Indemnity forms are signed crew armbands will be issued, there is a limit of 4 crew per entrant at the discounted price. IHRA Australia – Rules & Regs etc.

Below is a basic info on how we are looking at allowing passenger runs down the track on test & tune type events only. As they have to be solo passes doing these during points round events will not be possible.

SATURDAY 14th October will see some of the countries quickest& badest radial racers hitting the strip with the iconic Kenda 660 Drag Radial Series coming to Palmyra Dragway.

With a huge mix of radial cars from Pro Radial turbo and blown weapons to the Radial Renegade and Radial Rumble Streeters it’s always a wild show with plenty of wheelstands and close racing for you and your family and friends to check out, with 30k up for grabs they are all sure to put on a show!

Draft Schedule: – NOTE even if you are not testing, entrants are able to enter venue from Thursday, and can get CAD/Scruit completed at any time as well as sign up for crew armbands etc.
