PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES!

  1. All persons must stop at the gate on arrival, so our officials can give you your racers pack if racing.
  2. Discounted RACER entries will be available online only. racer entry’s will be available at the gate however they will incur a late fee!!
  3. ONLINE ENTRYS, WILL CLOSE MONDAY BEFORE EVENT at 4.00pm.
  4. Abuse of officials and volunteers will not be tolerated.
  5. Tickets will not be credited for any reason unless Palmyra Drag Racing club cancels the event or the entrant has advised Palmyra Drag racing club via email: web@palmyradragway.com.au before the event has started, monies will be refunded minus a $5.00 administration fee.
  6. Entry to the facility is as per the schedule when the venue entrant gates is manned.
  7. NO BYO, NO GLASS & NO ALCOHOL IN PIT AREA!  If you are found with open tin of alcohol in the pit area during the event your armband will be removed and you will be asked to leave the facility.

NITRO IN THE CANE

The Committee of Palmyra Drag Racing club welcome all racers to the Electric Machinery Sales NITRO in the Cane with the awesome Aeroflow Funny cars Nitro and full fields of support classes!

Thanks once again to the Electric Machinery Sales team and the Mackay Regional Council NITRO is BACK!!!

We are looking forward to having racers and spectators visit our venue from all over the state and hopefully the country!

The Overtaking Lane crew will be live streaming the event!

Crew Tickets – are available to purchase with your racer entry, racers responsibility to ensure your crew have tickets to enter the venue, once in venue and Indemnity forms are signed crew armbands will be issued, there is a limit of 4 crew per entrant at the discounted price. Camping is FREE to all racers and crew, If you are planning on coming up before the event or wish to stay longer please just get in touch with the PDRC crew at web@palmyradragway.com.au

DRAG THE FARMERS OUT OF DROUGHT! 26th June 2021

2 Envious Car Club has teamed up with  Mackay Lions host club to host a charity event ” Drag the Farmers Out of Drought”
This will be a family friendly charity event with local car club displays, local business displays, raffle prizes and much more.

We will have prizes and trophies for the show n shine, dyno and drags. Who knows you may even get to race one of our admins down the strip!

Cost  for the cruise will be a $ note donation.
This will include free gate entry at the dragway.

If you wish to meet us at the dragway you will be charged $20 gate entry, unless you have gotten online and pre entered to race!.

Entry for the show n shine will be $10

Cost to race your car down the strip:

RACER Online Entry:  $60.00

Racer on the Day Entry: $80.00

Online shop will be open for pre entries up until 5.00pm Wednesday the 23rd June 2021!

All money raised goes to the lions club and 100% of donations will be distributed to our local farmers doing it hard.

ANDRA Single event licence info – 2018

ANDRA have introduced the Single event licence for 2018 as a trial, this option will only be available for specific events, more info can be found here.

Single Event Licence Checklist

 Entrants that hold a current IHRA licence

  • Full ANDRA Membership – attached

  • Single Event Licence form – attached

  • Vehicle Log Book form – attached

  • ANDRA technical inspection form

  • Copy of IHRA licence

  • Copy of IHRA medical (or notation on IHRA licence that states ‘phys expiry’)

  • Additional ANDRA medical form – attached

  • Head and shoulders photo of yourself  (on a camera phone is perfect)

 

If you don’t have an IHRA licence you will need the following:

  • Full ANDRA Membership – attached
