Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

EVENT ONLINE PRE ENTRIES REFUND POLICY.
Competitors entering on line via the site set up by PDRC will only receive a refund of the full entry fee minus a $7.50 administration charge, If they submit a notification that they can’t attend, to nominations@palmyradragway.com.au 48 hrs prior to the commencement of the event.
For a Friday/Saturday event this will be prior to 5pm on the Wednesday prior to the event.
If notification is received between 48 and 24 hrs before the event a 50% refund of the entry fee, minus a $7.50 administration charge.
The online entry system doesn’t allow for entries to be rolled over till next event.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
